| This website provides weather forecast information. You are purchasing the hurricane forecast for 11-110 users, usually in a small business or group, for the amount of $2006.00. Use at your own risk! Long-range hurricane forecasts, even short-range hurricane forecasts, tropical storms, droughts, rain amounts and tornado projections have an inherent high degree of inaccuracy. You must recognize and agree that no one can forecast or predict the weather with 100% accuracy in time, location and magnitude and that this site presents a highly experimental method of forecasting the weather, with varying accuracy rates and no standards exist. You must make your own decisions to evacuate, purchase insurance, supplies and other matters, based on your personal situation, for which neither www.hurricaneforecast.com, EarthquakeForecast Services, nor any associates, affiliates, nor employees of the company accept liability in respect of any loss, damage, death, injury or other occurrence arising from the provision of any information provided on this website. Additionally, you must agree to hold the forecaster, Mary Ann Slaby, www.hurricaneforecast.com, www.earthquakeforecast.com, the company, EarthquakeForecast Services, the parent company, Synthetic Hydrocarbons, the internet service provider, America Online, the internet host, Hypermart, and Go2Net, the merchant provider and processing services, Charge.com, Network 1 Financial, and EFT Secure, and all parties associated with these forecasts harmless against all liability, including death, injury, damage of any kind, for any mistake, use, misuse omission or error, suitability of purpose, service, advise of insurance or any other matter included in the forecast itself or website, delay or failure to provide service, server failure, email failure or delay, in order to purchase this weather forecast service product. Should any dispute arise after the purchaser (including his representatives, attorneys, family, or counsel) agrees to these conditions, the purchaser waives all claims of liability against the www.hurricaneforcast.com, EarthquakeForecast Services and any above mentioned associates and affiliates and the purchaser further agrees to pay all attorney fees, all court costs, preparation and defense fees of the Hurricane Forecast, EarthquakeForecast Services and those of any other parties, associate, or affiliates in any ensuing action. | |

| You get a full refund of the $2006.00 purchase price
if the hurricane values do not fall within the ranges and limits of the
forecast sent to you by email For example. a sample forecast
for the first storm of the 2006 season, Alberto, would look like:
Hurricane Event Time: 6/9/06 - 6/16/06 Hurricane was a tropical storm (TS) event from 6/11/06-6/14/06 thus this forecast would be accurate. Hurricane Strength: 1.0 +/- 1 on the Saffir-Simpson Scale (SSS). That is, the forecast parameter range is Tropical Storm - 2.0 Hurricane, Alberto had max. winds of 65 mph, and thus this forecast is correct. Land Strike: 30oN/82oW Tropical Storm entered land fall at approximately 29.5oN/84.2oW so the forecast would be within 500 miles and correct. You get a full refund if all three parameters are not correct simultaneously! The forecast will be e-mailed to you ONLY at the e-mail address you provide on the credit card purchase form , within 24 hours of confirmation of purchase. There are no refunds for any other reason. If you are otherwise dissatisfied, go elsewhere for more accurate service! |
